Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District lobby scheduled to reopen on June 1st

Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (EVMWD) will be reopening its lobby to the public on June 1st. As traditional business operations are gradually restored, EVMWD is taking additional precautions to ensure the safety of customers.

Regular cleanings of the lobby will increase in frequency, with particular attention to high-contact surfaces and heavily trafficked areas. Customers are strongly encouraged to cover their faces and will see this recommendation displayed upon entering the building.

“We are excited to once again assist our customers in person,” said Greg Thomas, general manager for Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District. “Our staff is available to discuss resources and areas of assistance with customers who may be struggling financially. As our communities continue to experience hardship related to COVID-19, we are here to serve.”

Special payment arrangements and financial assistance, including the Rate Assistance for Residents of Elsinore Valley (RARE) program, are available to help individuals who meet qualifications. Customers can discuss these options with representatives at EVMWD headquarters or via phone at (951) 674-3146.

Those who prefer to avoid in-person transactions may still pay bills online at www.onlinebiller.com/evmwd or via phone at (951) 674-3146. Information on additional payment methods can be found at www.evmwd.com. EVMWD is committed to protecting the safety of customers while also ensuring that they have access to quality service and financial assistance.
