Since January 1998 Hofer has also served on the Board of Directors of the Chino Basin Watermaster.

“We are very pleased to have Mr. Hofer join the IEUA Board,” stated Terry Catlin, IEUA Board President. “Mr. Hofer will bring a wealth of experience to the Agency. He has a diverse résumé and understands the needs of the region, and his appointment to Division 2 will allow him to continue his long-standing leadership in the community.”

“I am honored to be appointed to the IEUA Board of Directors Division 2 seat. Gene Koopman did a wonderful job representing his constituents and I am proud to carry on his tradition of leadership,” said IEUA Board Member Paul Hofer. “IEUA is an innovative leader in water management for the Chino Basin and I look forward to working with my fellow Board Members and Agency staff to continue this service to the region.”
